Cynthia Rowley and SheSellsSeashells neon design!

Hi! Over the next week or so I'm going to be pretty busy with some stuff that's going on so I will be blogging but they will be very short! Today I'm going to show you a gorgeous bright polish (unnamed) by Cynthia Rowley and some nail art stickers from SheSellsSeashells!

This is two coats of the Cynthia Rowley polish which dries to a matte finish.

Over the polish I used these fab neon nail art stickers!

One coat of top coat sealed the design completely.
